SAN BRUNO, San Mateo County — October 25, 2026. San Bruno has posted two separate agenda packets for City Council meetings scheduled Tuesday, October 27: one for a special meeting and another for a regular meeting. Both appear in the city’s official Agenda Center with publication timestamps from October 22.

Why are there two agendas?

A special council session has its own notice, meeting time and permitted agenda items. The separately listed regular session follows the city’s ordinary council schedule. Residents should open each October 27 agenda packet to confirm the specific topics, reports, location and methods of participation instead of assuming that both sessions have the same start time or purpose. A published agenda means an item may be considered, not that Council has already approved it.

How to attend or watch

The city’s City Council information page states that regular meetings are usually held at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays and identifies the San Bruno Recreation & Aquatic Center, 251 City Park Way, as the venue. It also explains that regular meetings are broadcast on Zoom, with recordings archived alongside council documents. Different times or locations can apply to a special meeting; always use that meeting’s posted notice for the definitive details.

How to receive agenda updates

Residents can visit the city’s Agenda Center, open the relevant regular or special packet, and use Notify Me to subscribe to future postings and amendments. Older October records are also available there, including materials from October 13 and October 14. Later approved minutes and recordings are the appropriate records for confirming votes after the sessions occur.

Questions about city decisions?

For public-comment instructions, accessibility assistance or a question about a particular item, use the contact information in the packet or the San Bruno municipal website. The city’s event calendar is not a substitute for the final agenda, which can be amended or a meeting can be canceled.
